Custody
Assets and configurations are held under a documented custody discipline: what exists, who holds it, what state it is in, and who changed it last. Hardware, software, and configuration are treated as one register, and custody events are recorded when they happen, not reconstructed afterward.
Information security
The firm’s information-security management is led by its principal, a certified ISO/IEC 27001 lead auditor, and its controls follow the standard’s discipline: scoped, risk-assessed, documented, reviewed. The firm does not claim certification; it claims the practice.
Data posture
The firm collects the minimum it needs — in its systems, in its engagements, and on this site. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties, and serves its typefaces from its own server.
Counterparty discipline
Engagements begin with screening, not scope. The firm satisfies itself about who it would be working with before it discusses what the work would be, and it declines cleanly where it cannot.

Prince Thomas LLC is a Florida limited liability company in active standing with annual reports current, and the sole member of two Florida companies registered alongside it.
